Buying Food - Discounts at the Mall Lesson

This lesson on FINDING DISCOUNTS AT THE MALL includes a 12 slide Powerpoint and is part of the BUYING FOOD unit. It follows 5 individuals as they navigate the mall and challenges students to locate discounted prices for their purchases. Additionally, the lesson provides a brief tutorial on using calculators to calculate discounts. The math involved is basic and tailored for special education, but is still applicable to general education classes at the elementary or middle school level.
