Managing a Household Unit (POWERPOINT)

This is a zipped file containing all the sections necessary for a unit MANAGING A HOUSEHOLD.

The math involved is basic and was geared toward a special education class.

However this lesson would be still useful to elementary or middle school level general education classes. .

This unit should take about a month to complete. It is 9 lessons and a test, 2 of the lessons have small quizzes built in to them. Each lesson included a pre-class question that coincides with the lesson and a homework question

This lesson is written in accordance with state standards and objectives. It is intended to capture the attention and interest of students of all abilities and keep them engaged with colorful diagrams and photos along with detailed information. It was designed to keep all students involved in the lesson at all times. While one student can be working at the board with the teacher, others can remain on task with the worksheet pack included.
